Jonah Schwickert · Berlin
01/About
A life at the keys.
Jonah Schwickert is a pianist, singer, and composer who lives and breathes boogie woogie, blues, and rock n roll. Classically trained from childhood, he found his real voice in the rhythm and freedom of American roots music. Every show is built on groove, storytelling, and a genuine connection with the room.
On stage he draws from a deep well of standards and originals, moving easily from a slow-burn blues into a driving uptempo groove that pulls people out of their seats. Whether it's a listening room, a club, or a festival main stage, he plays for the people in front of him, never the same show twice.
Beyond boogie, blues and rock n roll, his playing reaches into pop, ballads and more, whatever the moment in the room calls for.
The music he loves was made to be felt, and that's how he plays it: with respect for the tradition, and the joy of someone still falling in love with it every night.

02/What Jonah Does
Five stages. One conviction.
An artist's life, built deliberately. Jonah performs, produces, teaches, broadcasts, and advises others on doing the same.
01
The Performer
Hundreds of live shows across festival stages, theatres and private rooms, from solo piano to full band. Jonah plays boogie, blues and rock n roll the way it was built to be played: loud where it should be loud, intimate where it should be intimate, always in service of the room. Booking him is booking a performer who carries the energy of the night, not a setlist.
Jonah founded and hosts Berlin Backbeat, the first international annual boogie woogie and blues piano festival in Berlin, connecting the European circuit with players keeping this music alive worldwide. Beyond the festival, he hosts countless nights, talent shows, openings and private gatherings, bookable for any event that needs stage presence, charisma, real energy and someone who knows how to bring a room together.
Through Boogie Woogie Mastery, Jonah's online school, more than 500 students worldwide are training inside the Mastery Method, a structured path from first 12-bar to performance-ready playing. It exists to train the next generation of players, not to sell another course.
A page for piano lovers, roughly 260,000 followers on Instagram and growing. Short, honest clips celebrating the piano in all its shapes: the instruments, the players, the rooms they live in. Separate from the boogie and blues work, it's a home for anyone who loves the piano itself.
For serious operators: Jonah advises on building automated, system-driven creator businesses. The kind he built with learnboogiewoogie.com, from scratch in a niche craft to a recurring-revenue system that runs. Funnels, offer architecture, content engine, the lot. For people turning a brand and a craft into a business that runs, not a side project.
